We are living in times where almost every phone has a very good quality camera so as far as your phone is able to shoot in 720p or 1080p you shouldn’t think that you’re limited because you don’t have good enough camera. Mirrorless or DSLR camera would be the best option but, don’t worry the best camera is the one that you have with you at that time.
Our everyday electronics such as TV or PC monitors are horizontal so you should always and only record in horizontal, as our are more used to that format.
No you don’t have to worry about any background noises or bad quality audio because we will be adding a song as a background music to your video.
Recommended setting for Europe are:
We have to make sure that we will not make sudden movements during recording and we will try to record in a standing position most of the time. For example shooting a video during a fast pace can be a bad idea.
We are using … and if you want, you will be able to choose a track by yourself or, you can trust us and we will make sure to pick a song which will perfectly suit the video.
When the project is complete we make sure that we delete all files that you have sent us from all of our servers and harddrives.
One piece of equipment which will make your videos look way better is a gimbal that you can buy for your phone or other camera. Tripod will also be a good and much cheaper option but of course it has some limitations in comparison to gimbal but, none of the above is really necessary.
Completed video can be sent to you directly or we can upload the video on Youtube, where you will be able to easily share it with your friends.
There are a few options that you can choose. The best one for you and us is that after completing the ordering process we will send you a message on your email, it will contain a link to a cloud server where you will be able to upload your videos. If you are looking for some alternatives, you either send us your videos on usb stick through post or you can upload your videos to some kind of cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox.
